You may sync your photos from camera roll and save it for backup via iTunes. Also you may create new folder of your favorite photos and would like to save it on iPhone by syncing it to iTunes. Its that only you can do with photos in camera roll?
Actually all photos in your camera roll can be transfer and save it to PC using DiskAid. DiskAid is a freeware that lets you transfer files between iPhone / iPod Touch and PC. With DiskAid you can manually select all or one by one of your favorite photos by copying and transfer it to PC without using iTunes. See more details about DiskAid and download it here.

Transfer photo from iPhone to PC is very easy. You should install DiskAid first and once complete just launch it. Please make sure your iPhone connect to PC via USB cable correctly. Before transfer your photo you may create new folder and name it on PC.

Make Sure your are at “Media Folder”, you can check it out by select it at the bottom left of your DiskAid window. At the left side bar you’ll see all application folder containing about files that you would like to transfer. Click at “DCIM” folder and you’ll see four folder as screenshot above. All photos in camera rolls have been save in the “100APPLE folder, next time you just select this folder when you like to access all your photos in the future. Select “100APPLE” folder and all photos information will appear on your right side bar.
Unfortunately, you can’t preview you photos but you only can get information about your photo size and default name. Right Click one of the photo that you would like to transfer and select “copy to folder” and save it to folder where you created before. Alternatively, you also can transfer or copy file by clicking “Copy to Folder” icon at the top of the DiskAid window.
You may also copy folder to PC. just select “DCIM” folder. Right click on “100APPLE” and select “copy to folder” and save it to your preferences folder in PC. This method is suitable for those who would like to transfer large amount photos to PC.

Disk Aid is not at all free…So just update your website…secondly im wondering if u could help me to copy my cy corder videos on to my PC?
